Booking Terms & Conditions

By completing your booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Options

You may select one of the following payment options at checkout:

1.1 Pay in Full

The full retreat price is payable as a single, one-time payment at the time of booking.

1.2 Two-Part Payment Plan

The retreat price is split into two equal payments:

• First payment: Due immediately at the time of booking

• Second payment: Automatically charged one month from the date of booking

All payments are processed securely through the checkout system, hosted on Kajabi. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method on file remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover the second payment when due. If the second payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period of seven (7) days to update your payment details. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund of amounts already paid.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation on or before August 31st, 2026

If you cancel your booking on or before August 31st, 2026, you will receive a refund of all payments made to date, minus a €500 cancellation fee. This applies regardless of whether you chose the pay-in-full option or the two-part payment plan.

2.2 Cancellation after August 31st, 2026

If you cancel your booking after August 31st, 2026, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Due to the nature of organising a retreat with limited spaces and significant upfront costs incurred in advance, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

2.3 How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of your written request.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Your policy should include coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and curtailment. The retreat price does not include travel to Norway, travel insurance, or optional excursions. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance, you do so at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for any losses, medical expenses, or other costs incurred as a result of inadequate or absent coverage.

4. Travel and Personal Arrangements

4.1 Travel to Norway

The retreat price does not include travel to or from Norway, or any transportation outside of the retreat program. You are responsible for arranging and funding your own travel.

4.2 Passport and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport and any necessary visas or entry permits required for travel to Norway. The organiser accepts no liability for any costs, delays, or cancellations resulting from failure to meet entry requirements.

4.3 Optional Excursions

Any optional excursions, activities, or personal expenses incurred during the retreat are not included in the retreat price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Retreat Changes and Cancellation by Organiser

5.1 Program Changes

Ingvill Konradsen ("the Organiser") reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program, schedule, facilitators, or accommodations if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

5.2 Cancellation by Organiser

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the Organiser for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. The Organiser's liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of payments received, and no further compensation will be provided for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

6. Force Majeure

The Organiser is not liable for any losses, delays, or expenses caused by events beyond reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemic, government restrictions, travel bans, or any other circumstances that make it impossible or unsafe to operate the retreat as planned.

7. Participant Conduct

7.1 Respectful Behaviour

You agree to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards all participants, facilitators, staff, and property throughout the retreat.

7.2 Termination of Participation

The Organiser reserves the right to terminate your participation in the retreat if your behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided, and you will be responsible for any costs associated with your early departure.

8. Liability

8.1 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in a retreat involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel, and environmental conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the retreat is limited to the total amount paid by you for the retreat. The Organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Photography and Media

The Organiser may take photographs and video during the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used in such materials unless you notify the Organiser in writing prior to the retreat.

10. Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
