Aurora Writers Retreat Refer-a-Friend Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
   The Aurora Writers Retreat Refer-a-Friend Program (the "Program") allows registered attendees and retreat ambassadors ("Referrers") to earn rewards by referring new participants to the Aurora Writers Retreat.
   
   
2. How to Participate

• Upon signing up for the Program, you will be assigned a unique identifier (your full name).
• You may share the main booking page with friends, family, and your social network.
• A "Referred Friend" is defined as a new, first-time customer who registers for the retreat and provides your full name in the designated field at checkout.
• To ensure accurate tracking, Referrers are encouraged to notify the organizers via email or DM after making a referral.
• By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  
  

3. Rewards for Referrers

• For every paid booking completed by a Referred Friend, the Referrer will receive a commission equal to 10% of the retreat fee (excluding accommodation and catering costs), paid by the Referred Friend.
• Commissions will be paid out to the Referrer within 14 days of the Referred Friend's completed payment.
• As a thank you for participating, the Referrer's own airport transfers are included for free.
  
  

4. Perks for Referred Friends

• Any customer who registers and pays for the retreat and provides a valid referrer's name in the designated field will receive complimentary airport transfers as part of their booking.
  
  

5. Eligibility & Exclusions

• The referrer's name must be provided during the initial registration and purchase. It cannot be applied retroactively.
• Referrals are only valid for new bookings and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• You cannot refer yourself. Fraudulent or self-referral attempts will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
  
  

6. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Program or a user's participation at any time for any reason.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
• All commissions are subject to review and will only be paid for legitimate, completed bookings.
• This Program is void where prohibited by law.
